In GALMETEC, we consider that our quality system aims to ensure an effective and efficient management of processes, resources and people. It is oriented to satisfy the needs of our clients, excellence in management. It is based on the following principles:

Compliance with legal requirements

It is also committed to comply with current legislation, as well as with the requirements of customers and others that the organization subscribes to, related to the Quality Management System.

Continuous improvement

To guarantee and promote innovation and continuous improvement, by updating and revising its Quality Management System, satisfying in a balanced way the needs of the interested parties.

Integration of the quality factor

To integrate the quality factor throughout the organization, as well as in the relationship with suppliers, so that we achieve planning and simplification of processes, which contributes to the strengthening of operational efficiency and excellence.

Communication

Establish and maintain internal and external communication channels to ensure information to employees, shareholders, public authorities and society in general.

Training

Ensure that the quality policy is disseminated and understood throughout the organization, informing our employees of all quality and environmental aspects relevant to their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the organization’s objectives, while we develop and implement training plans at different levels according to their respective activities, in order to ensure that all our employees have the best training for the optimal execution of their work.

Leadership

The management and Quality Manager is committed to disseminate, comply with and enforce this Quality Policy and provide the necessary means to carry it out, involving all interested parties.
