Terms and conditions of shipment

Delivery method

Standard shipping: Parcel shipments are made through the company GLS for orders weighing less than 40 kg and with a volume of less than 3 meters (adding length + width + thickness of pallet included). For orders exceeding these dimensions, they will be shipped by PALLETWAIS.
Pick up at our facilities: We also offer the option to pick up orders at our facilities during our business hours. This option is ideal for those customers who wish to save on shipping costs or who prefer to pick up their products in person.

Delivery time

Standard Shipping: Standard delivery time is 48-72 business hours from order confirmation and payment. Please note that delivery times are limited to business days and may vary depending on the recipient’s location and other external factors.
Pick up at our facilities: Orders will be available for pick up at our facilities during our business hours upon confirmation of order and payment.

Shipping costs

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the location of the recipient. These costs will be displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on the quantity of products ordered.
Pickup at our facilities: No shipping costs will be applied for orders that are picked up at our facilities. This option is free of charge for our customers.

Shipment tracking

Shipping Updates: Once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup, you will receive an email confirmation that will include a tracking number in case of standard shipping. For pickups at our facility, you will be notified by email once the order is ready for pickup.
